Week 4

This week is about Chick Embryo Coloring. Injecting food coloring into incubated eggs before they hatch can color-identify chicks of different matings.  Which food coloring works best and how does the process work?

This is day 15 of the Elk Grove campus Ostrich Egg with a room temperature of 70* the humidity is 25% and an incubator temperature of 96.9* and the weight is 1.383kg. In the photo above what can you tell about this egg?
