If I had the option to hatch any duck of my choice it would be the Ruddy Duck. Specifically because the bill is blue. What duck do you know that has a blue bill?
A cayuga duck is what I would choose to hatch from an egg because they are a really cool color and looking duck and they are even used in meat production. jacob votaw

I would grow a mallard they are an invasive species and I love the color of the Male. It has green head and blue spectrum feathers on its wings.
